TIP: We want to stress the importance of making the first contact with new PSAs in a timely and proper manner! It is in our interest that you, as our customers, have active team members! Our responsibility is to perform advertising campaigns which target people all over the world who are actively looking for online business, in order to provide you with new PSAs. Furthermore, we will inform you when to expect your new PSAs so that you can 1) welcome them prepared (and your team members as well, if you are participating in the Opti-Build Program), and 2) so that you can be online when your new PSAs arrive so that you can welcome them in a timely and proper manner. Also, we will provide you with video tutorials and with a Sample of the Welcome Letter for your PSAs. This is all we can do in order to help you obtain active team members!
Beyond that, the responsibility of maintaining the activity of your PSAs rests fully with you.
So, it is very important to:
1. Be online when your PSAs arrive, activate the Icebreaker and send the PSA a Welcome Letter to their email;
2. Contact your new PSAs on SFI Chat and via Team Mail;
3. Help and explain to your new PSAs how to reach the Affiliate Center, how to Confirm Registration and how to finish their first tasks from the To Do list.
4. Keep communicating with your new PSAs by using all the available tools. Continually help them grow their SFI business!
We are doing our best to provide you with the best quality of service (in the fields of advertising and delivery), but it is very important that you, as a sponsor, do your best to get in touch with your new PSAs and provide them with proper help. If you do not do this, no matter of our efforts, your genealogy will have inactive members. So, please, be sure to follow all the previously described directions!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1.We are not responsible and cannot guarantee that your new PSAs will be active. It is your responsibility to contact your new PSAs in a proper way and as soon they sign up. Therefore, it is mostly up to you whether your new PSAs will be active at the start. Note that we are not able to offer any refunds for PSAs that do not become active.
2.After we receive your Order we will send you ( by email) an example of a Welcome letter that you can send to your PSAs, along with a video tutorial for registration and first step instruction in order to help you to properly get in touch with new PSAs. Also we will provide you with a video tutorial for completing daily actions for your new PSAs.
3.Occasionally, affiliates will inadvertenly sign up with a bad email address, which is out of our control. Please note that we are not able to offer any refunds for PSAs with a bad email adress.
4.Our approved PSA packages have a tracking code, so as Your new PSAs sign up, you will receive a New PSA notification message from SFI containing this tracking code.
5.You will be notified by email when your Order goes live as well as when you will start receiving your new PSAs, so please be sure to check your email regulary.
